Return & Refund Policy – Anahatler Ltd

At Anahatler Ltd (www.anahatler.com), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The product must not be on the non-returnable items list.

2. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or hygiene products.
🚫 Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products.
🚫 Food, beverages, or any edible items.
🚫 Clearance or final sale items.                                                                                          🚫 Change of Mind after 1 hour of placing your order. 

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact us at anahatleruk@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
✔ Items returned not in original condition may receive a partial refund.

5. Exchange Policy

✔ If you want a different item, you must return the original and place a new order separately.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a return request is denied due to policy violations, disputes must be raised within 7 days of the decision.
